A little slow...
I was about to give this a one until I saw the question marks. That's what I call a lucky break, man. This was short and funny.

Meh
its ok, its like average. i would give it a middle, but it haz a good nice audio so nice, ok.
Eh, needs improvement
If this is your first animation, Good job, you're on your way! here's where you could improve though.
1. the animation: not much is going on, so its kinda boring! I reccomend a little more movement, but thats just my opinion
2.Length: its a bit to short, so if you added some length, you would have room to impliment a bit of plot.
here's what i liked though;
1.the concept: when playing the games, i was always wondering how the pokemon survived the force of the ball, so i enjoyed that.
2. the Audio: sounded fantastic.
3/10, as it obviously could use improvement.

New but not really interesting
A comment was made earlier which I agree with. If this is your first animation, not a bad job, but good things to start with would be to make it longer, a little more interesting and maybe try expanding your animation skills to something a little more challenging. Generally, the more work you put in, the better the end product and better the reviews =]
it could be good but needs serious improving.
good going for a first animation though, i think you should close up on Tepig and animate the Pokeball actually hitting him.
