Very cool game, deserves front-page. I like that there are both upgrades AND power-ups. I like the depth of the upgrades, and the quality of the game overall. I think what I like least is that maybe it takes too long to earn upgrades even with the loot upgrade.
Also, I appreciate the level of challenge vs. ease of play here...many shooters like this bombard you with retarded levels of bullets that make it impossible to win, but I noticed that while the first boss (for example) is fairly easy to beat, if you stand still too long you still can die really quickly.

i started playing this game at 5 pm and before i knew it it was already 11 pm. very addicting game

even its like the classic game, but some how its very addicted game, its really spent much hour to play it...damn...the time has been kill by this game...AWESOME !!!
While I like a lot of features in this game, I do have minor complaints.
-When enemies spawn, they spawn rather quickly and it can be a bit of an annoyance to have one spawn in your path or on you, dealing damage immediately.
-Hitbox feels a bit large for these type of games.
-Lack of keyboard controls (eh, just a preference, not really a big issue)
Aside that, I praise you for your upgrade system, shop system, the pace of the game seeming fast and enjoyable, the boss fights feel just about right. Would be nice to see more of your work later on and perhaps add on more shot types or something along the lines.
