sweet

fuckin awsome movie! where did you get your sound effects?

Pointed responds:

Wow, I was expecting negative responses rather than positive! I got them at flashkit.com. BTW if any pro FLASHERS are reading this, do me a BIG favor and at least answer one of my questions in my commentary above.

Pretty good for a stick movie

Pretty nice for a stick movie... I liked it. Though, maybe next time be a bit more creative... dunno! but anyway! good job!

Cool sight

i love the laser sight at the begining and lots a blood and guns equal good movies, good job!

Great!

This is really quite a cool Flash - it beats the 'another stick flash *groan*' to death, it isn't boring at at all, humour, violence, action, its all there :)
Keep it up man this was a pleasure to watch. Especially since it is only your 2nd Flash.
To answer a few of your questions -
- Hardcore Flash guys take ages making them, eg. Brutality in the DBZ section took 80 hours. That Xiao-Xiao guy probably hasn't seen light for weeks before finishing one of those.
- There is no way to make a working human template thing, at least to my knowledge. All you can do is move the center point of the objects so you can change the rotation easier :)
- You do the tracing behind by having the animation as a separate movie clip, then putting it in the main timeline. Then a frame afterward you put in the same movie beneath it with an alpha value of like 60 or however transparent you want, and so on - I hope u get that.
- To do a ray of sunshine you would use the gradient fill on the rectangle or whatever shape you want there, and then get the mixer panel and set the transparency of each end to like, 40 and 10 and change them to cream or the like.
I hope that helps, I had to ask someone how to do a color fade gradient once :)

Pointed responds:

Wow, thanks alot for the help! Because of all the good reviews, I guess I'll make a sequel now.

Check out my MGS stick!!

yours was cool mines anly a preview and has no sound yet but check it out i have big plans for it!!!

Pointed responds:

A short preview, but it was cool. Seemed a little like the Tanker in MGS2, ya? I have a problem though... Does having characters that look like the people from Yes&No make it look bad? I really want to know, whether I should include it in the sequel or not.
