Ok that was mcfucking awsome. The art style was average, but great for an flash movie. I loved it, thanks for pointing that out. Captain falcon does indeed rock.
Fluent animation, nice voice acting, love the jokes (especially the contract one), love the fact you made the reference to this awesome series, but you lose points for saying Proto-man is better than Mega-Man, meanwhile Mega-Man can take more damage than Proto-Man. You regain those points through sound effects (EX: the duck noise from the part when Mega-Man sees Wiley's new castle/last level shit.)
Overall great job.
