Reviews for "Six O'Clock High"

my score is best with 23570 :P

THAT'S FUCKING AWESOME! I LOVE THE SOUNDTRACK, WHERE CAN I DOWNLOAD IT?

It's a good game, it gave me a good time. Very good Intro, Music and Graphics, except the clouds(sorry). BTW still a good game.

Well, I've played a few 1WW shooters in my life, but this one is unique in its concept, when you have to focus on dodging enemy bullets and rely on your gunner's skills.

Just a few brief remarks:
1) It *definitely* needs fire button for the front guns. I know it's supposed to be about synchronizing with the AI gunner, but what kind of shooting game is it, when I'm not allowed do deal the coup de grace on my own, feeling that power of life and death under my finger.
2) A mission system with orders, briefing, primary and secondary targets, etc. would give the game some more complexity.
3) German campaign please! The Entente won the war 105 years ago, just give some screentime to the bad boys.

Anyway, it's a good game and certainly deserves its four stars.

Nice ideas, bad execution:
plane controls - at best awkard at worst suicidal, half the time your craft climbs or dives opposite your wishes, right in an enemy's firing angle
gun control - BAD the Ai gunner is demented at best shooting wathever it wants instead of the more immediate threat, also doesn't cover your six correctly
gun control 2 - no firing control on forward guns?! the AI can't use them effectively and the player can't use them at all, damn it, just this docked 2 stars from the rating
interface - no health bar, ok the smoke coming from the plane could be a hint, but this way you can't even check if the mecanic ability is working!
sound - volume control would be apreciated
