Fun little game, Curious as to whether it's intended for the game to slow down with the torch powerup or if its just my computer (probably the latter but I thought I'd ask anyway)

Yes, yes the extreme slow-motion is definitely a feature. :)
On some slower computers it does lag extra due to a lot of particles during that time.
really fun! trippy art and music. rather original. nice upgrades. almost too easy though (managed to win on the second try) so I don't know how much re-playability it has. But still a kick-ass job to design the physics and graphics for the LD.

Yeah some people like it for how hard it is, and a lot of people like how easy it is. I really need to balance that for a future version.
