cool game, but at one point when I crouched i fell through the platform, but everything else is good

Really love the game, but when I best the final boss the arm remains, not allowing me to complete the level. Can this be fixed?
this game is fun but its full of bugs you must work harder and you should make level starting like classic sonic games which will make your game far better
