Very hard to control. The bird should slow down after a click much faster because this way one click has fatal consequences that the player cannot correct anymore, just watch the bird die, which is depressing.
The bird looks best as it animates but the graphical elements are of diverse styles. Make sure to keep the semitransparency of the edges to prevent that zigzag look. You cannot completely remove background color from a sprite, use ones that never had opaque backgrounds. The sky background also has traces of lossy compression. Even free paint progs can do the trick, just use them with caution.

hard to conrol, the phisical engine is waaay to sensitive (for down an up).

Well, at least it beats Flappy Bird.
the movements are slow and laggy, almost every time i press once it just kills the bird off, if i don't press anything it just falls off, the animations alright, but i think you should fix this up a bit
