BomberJ is right. The game does not accept all solutions.
Proof
Level 6 in the orange stages
6 - 3 = 3 will *not* be accepted
Instead you have to do
2 + 3 = 5
or you won't pass that stage.

Cool concept, and kinda fun game, but it has many flaws that drag it from being as enjoyable as it could be:
First, the blocked matches. If I can't move certain matches for a puzzle, it should be signaled in some way (changing it's colour or something), instead of having to click all the matches to see what I can or can't move.
Second, the clues. I haven't used clues for more than a couple levels, but those times it straight up gave me the answer. That kinda defeats the purpose of solving a puzzle. You could have them say stuff like "The number X is in there" or similar.
And last, some equations have multiple possible solutions, but the game only accepts one, so there're times when I put a logical answer, but nothing happens. For that, you could have the 'moves counter' mark the minimal moves the puzzle needs to be solved, or any similar indication. That way we would know when we're doing something 'wrong'.
Yeah, they're only 3 flaws, but essential ones (in my opinion) that, if fixed, could make this game really cool. For what it is, though, I still had fun with it. Good work!
Nope. This game accepts all solutions ) \_(~_~)_/
From what i've heard there is a ridiculous amount of bugs, and the author knows nothing about basic grammar. But despite this, it's still a solid game.
pretty good but in the level 19 your hint says the answer but you can't make it
yellow 12 should be 8+0=8. requires the fewest moves but will not accept it
