An Oscar-worthy work of blunt truth and bold outstanding speculation. (Forgive my punctuation errors if I made any)

It is interesting to see this from a perspective of a country with free education. In my country (Greece), University education is free, and Universities have no "board of directors" giving instruction to professors about how they should do their classes.
STILL, most of the professors prefer the "I-talk-you-listen" doctrine you described, and you know why? Because requires less work (and fewer actual teaching skills) on their part. So it seems that this diseased tree of useless lecturing has quite a lot of roots.
Great job with the video, as always.
Another classic animation. I would have to say if you graduated with engineering, the courses taken would have been exactly what you were supposed to be learning. It is a shame that some places or something are just crap :/ Here in New Zealand we have a world recognized high quality in engineers. It is due to the Universities and the students. Just too good for the rest of the world to compete, especially when this happens all the time... Don't settle for second best and do it right the first time, or don't do it at all.
Nice reference on the sign at 4:23. Wonder how many people will get it.
Sadly, not nearly enough.
I really love the TD-series from you. Also I'm rethinking now about to study. Cos of exactly this shit. I don't think the system for universitys is very much different in Germany than from the one in NA so thanks m8.
