Fantastic short, and perfect music. I loved how it ended with the aliens, however the super crazy old man joke is one i'm not a fan of in most media. But as always, you can take anything i might not be crazy about and make it good! Also another note about that ending. It was built up so well to lead to the dog talking, and crazy aliens. such a good short.
Great stuff and great real backround attempt too. The best one is when the dog is coming back to his master. The angle of the background + the animation was really impressive.
Considering the highly normal scenario and build I really wasn't expecting that twist! Or the next one! Or the flashback! Was going to comment something like: that Sponkey really seems more like a cat than a dog. Guess not.
I'd say this was a pretty well-spent day.
