Oh so it's Super Meat Boy but with a headband.
I love it.
For real though, great execution. Everything handles really well and feels hella professional, and the short length of the levels keeps the frequent deaths from being too frustrating.

From what I've played pretty great
Some more background variants and platform designs( though not far into it so we'll see)
Sound design is pretty standard could use some flair like recording some sfx outside and warp and combine them with the sounds you got to fit with the game
Ooo needs some music, some nice running music in the back
Wouldn't mind a go at making something to play in the back here ^-^

The last couple of levels tend to get a bit laggy with so many blood particles on screen, but it's a solid platformer that rivals the likes of "Super Meat Boy" and the Kongregate-exclusive "Greg Can Jump".
