Don't feel too bad about it. You're pretty young and probably new to Flash, and look what you made: one of the currently most popular animations on the internet! You can do it again. No, you can do even better. Move on and do something even greater. Make Eric Baumann feel disappointed that he only got one of your early animations. You were just warming up.
Sure, you may have lost this time round, but you haven't peaked. Soon enough you'll be making animations that will put Animator vs Animation to shame, mark my words. Just don't let this Ebaums episode get you down. Find that inspiration and make more, greater animations.
A little note: Flash Pro costs like $1000, so next time don't ask for anything less than that. There will always be other people who can offer you more than $250. :)

Doesn't this invalidate your contract with Bauman? Even if it was only verbally or through e-mail, if it was for under $500 (and it was), those contracts can still be considered binding.
Part of the deal was that you had to make a statement saying eBaum's World is not a group of thieves, and they contacted you before the animation went up (whether it was true or not). He was probably ALSO smart enough to say that you weren't allowed to post otherwise anywhere else.
Now instead of you suing him, HE CAN SUE YOU!

Not at all. He was payed so Eric could simply host it on his site. Eric could get into a lot of trouble for trying to get somebody who is under age to sign a contract, something which is illegal.

Anyway, the kids in my grade love eBaums with an exception of a few. When they bring up some video/flash/sound that they saw on eBaums I always say I've seen it before, and I have. But the thing is, I saw it on the original site it was posted on. They ask me why I don't like the site and I can't be like "well they are like internet bad guys and it makes my nerd nerves tingle." Well, I guess I could but you see my point is they wouldn't get it.
I'm not one of those bandwagon hoppers or anything with the whole anti-eBaums, but it seems to me that it's not Eric who is the bad guy, it's his father. Eric's but a meer puppet.
