Right now, i would assume you feel REALLY cold. i recommend you warm up right away, decreaseing your body temperature can acually do significant damage to your skin, and internal organs.

Depending on the size and structure of the "tumor" it could be several different things.
1.) benign growth within your skin.
2.) Rupture of the small/large intestines, possibly sepsis. (Don't worry about this too much)
3.) Infection of some sort.
I'll need more details before i can diagnose this one

Possibly impeded blood flow to your penis, if you're feeling cold, try running around for a little while, do some excersizes to get your blood flowing, you'll reach 110% in no time

A very common problem, called "Addiction". This is not always an easy case, because many times a patient may resume using the addicitive substance (in your case, teh internetz) thinking it's not really a problem. Here's what you do. Turn off the computer, remove the power cord from the computer, hand it to someone who is in your house right now, and tell them "Hide this".
The best way to beat an addiction is to remove the substance, by any means necessary.
