what is the meaning of originality?
About the movie, it's ok for a spritemovie. I've never been a fan of these... And I must say your camera-work sucks badly...
Also, in the mirror... when he throws his hat up, it doesn't run synch with the mirror... quite odd, isn't it.
What I do like, are the backgrounds... and the music...

camera bad... Wtf... compare it to other movies. Its much better.
Good Animation, but has flaws
I certainly admire the amount of effort you put into making this. Although the story wasn't gripping by any means, and often it was hard to see what was going on, as the sprites were very close to the screen.
The music was very good, you picked some good choices to suit each mood; no voices though!
I didn't like the way you copied how it goes into a view of 3D mario, like that seen in the animation "Mario Reloaded".
Overall this was quite a good animation, but I would have liked it better if you had spent as much time as you did on the animation, working on the story.

lol an Evil twin movie with loads of matrix references how original... *sarcasm* Mario fanboys will enjoy this but for everyone else there's a couple of flashy effects, which was probably what clocked up the file size but not much else...
It was good but...
It's obious that you've put a lot of work into this, but there were a few problems. As has already been said, the ending was a bit sudden, annd it was quite hard to understand. Also in the main fighting scene, the altered, more 'blocky' sprites didn't look very good. Apart from that very well done!
Cool movie, too bad the graphics were so low.
This movie is really great, especially when you're a mario fan.
