More effort could be put forth...
For starters, you could explain to us the actual storyline of this game. What is this Scarlet Force or whatever and just who are we? It doesn't make much sense. Also, even though your instructions were easy to grasp, some people don't have either the IQ to understand or the sense to actually read said instructions. A tutorial right before the game started could be helpful. Then your battle system could use work, maybe having something that can affect the "luck" factor. The graphics were horrible, and a way to make it so that you could put more buildings than what's on the grid would make it so that some could create something really huge, like 30 ore factories or such. You could put a way to produce your own Nova instead of just trading, and maybe more ways to affect your Empire could be a positive thing. Then you would have a much better game, at least on my opinion. To the reviewers, just because you suck or your computer sucks it doesn't mean you should worngly review this game.
