Well done!
Simple, yet deep. Fun and enjoyable. Everything a game should be. Level design was great and surprisingly smart. I say this because the environments weren't difficult to navigate, and you could find what you needed without having to be pointed out where to go. It wasn't too challenging, but you had to think of the answers for yourself.
Overall, well thought out throughout. I believe this submission well deserves full marks.

I didnt understand it until the near end and it was an amazing game the only thing that freaked me out was the whispering in the Debugging.

A game that can be best appreciated by programmers
I think I understand... When you're making a game, it is possible to create a quasi 'game' during the testing stage, either because you're not finished with a part of the program or because you made a lucky mistake. Sometimes this 'game' turns out to be quite a lot of fun in its own right or strangely beautiful in an unintentional way, but since it is a mistake or an unfinished product, it winds up getting scrapped in the finished version, and nobody gets to see it except the programmers and testers. I guess this is meant to be a tribute to all of those fun and beautiful buggy alphas that never see the light of day. The background SFX/music gives the game a particularly creepy and well-done vibe.
You're right - one of the things that inspired this game was a test level for another game I'm working on with Terry. All it included was walking around and talking to NPCs, but one of the NPCs said something like "I wonder what's going to happen to us when the game is finished." And that just broke my heart.
Combine that emotion with the Metroid secret levels and you get Alphaland.
