Reviews for "Netflix And Chill"

It's okay, but the loading time for me was really bad. I dunno if that's just my connection, but how long it took to load wasn't really worth it for me.

Jasonario responds:

Sorry mate, may have to optimize it more. Thanks for letting me know though!

Love the idea. The whole "Netflix and Chill" thing.

Quite slow paced... I don't like having to wait 5 minutes when starting up again. Maybe a speed up button?

Lovin the humour "Is there something in my teeth..."

Also, how old is this kid? The lamps twice his height!

Jasonario responds:

Quite a low score for a pretty positive review! And he's 23, as am I.

I really liked the dialogue options that got some funny reactions or satisfying outcomes. The game itself is one of the better short dating sims on newgrounds that doesn't end in sex and seems almost relatable. However, replaying this game again for its three endings (at least that's how many I've found) were very anti-climatic. If you get every choice "correctly" the game ends earlier then if you were to mess up once or twice, in which there's a whole scene where you convince her to stay. That part was engaging and could ultimately decide winning or losing.

Overall good game, but needs to be more engaging with the choices, and also I agree with TheEvaluh who said "who the hell goes on tinder without the implications of fucking?".

Well Marta's got the chin of an Indian man so I was content to let her go after having a nice discussion about social-political norms and the fears in life.

Jasonario responds:

Lol glad you liked it

The animation is good but there are some bugs on a couple of the scenarios. The music is decent, but the loop is short and becomes annoying quickly. All of the scenarios end the same so there's no replay value.

Jasonario responds:

There's actually 3 endings, but if it's not your cup of tea, it's not your cup of tea
