Some days you just want to sketch a cave dweeb.

I like the Cave Dweller mod. While it’s not the most effective horror experience for everyone, and some people have gotten annoyed because it’s “trendy”, I like Gargin and his attempts to create “smart” horror monsters in different settings. It’s always interesting to look under the hood of a horror experience, whether it’s an overall analysis of story and gameplay or a short trip outside the map.

For no particular reason, I wanted to give this piece a more organic, painted look, so I used the watercolor and oil pastel brushes from Procreate. I think it turned out well. Maybe one day I’ll try to “paint” something more complex again.

In the meantime, however, there is this dweeb.
