I think you should do some contour drawings and studies of faces. Your colors and values are looking pretty good right now, but the faces themselves need work, the pieces don't quite fit together right and is the most noticeable part of your paintings. I think only focusing on the contours and minimal shading only to bring out the features will help you improve faster than if you were to fully paint the faces.
Also in your paintings you should shoot for pushing the values some more, right now your darks aren't looking dark enough. Also you're not quite translating the colors well as you can, you're staying too much in the concept of skin tones being in the tan beige brown etc range, when there is so much more going on on the shadows of skin including deep reds, violets, greens and so many other colors that aren't immediately apparent. Either way, try experimenting with colors more when you do these color studies.
