So at the time i am doing some studies. I take a picture and the i try to redraw it . It helps me a lot to improve my skills but most of the studies are not worth showing them. Today i did Walter white he turned out best and i thought i should share at least that one :) So here he is :)

What is your process for drawing the faces? Are you using any kind of structure before you paint?

Colors look good though. Don't stop painting, dude, you'll get better with each drawing.

Usually i get a reference picture first and then i do a sketch. When I am quite happy with the sketch i start painting. I wont stop painting dont worry :)

I think you should do some contour drawings and studies of faces. Your colors and values are looking pretty good right now, but the faces themselves need work, the pieces don't quite fit together right and is the most noticeable part of your paintings. I think only focusing on the contours and minimal shading only to bring out the features will help you improve faster than if you were to fully paint the faces.
Also in your paintings you should shoot for pushing the values some more, right now your darks aren't looking dark enough. Also you're not quite translating the colors well as you can, you're staying too much in the concept of skin tones being in the tan beige brown etc range, when there is so much more going on on the shadows of skin including deep reds, violets, greens and so many other colors that aren't immediately apparent. Either way, try experimenting with colors more when you do these color studies.

What Jack said, some studies on faces and anatomy will help out a lot.

You already have an idea of how to shade, I recommend increasing the contrast between the light and dark parts of the skin, and smoothing the highlights. Light skin has high contrast shadows and low contrast highllights, while dark skin usually has low contrast shadows and high contrast highlights, this video goes into depth abot this : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ALIBrFzIQ8s

Hope it helps!
