Let's say 5 people tied for 4th place in the underdog group with the same average score from all the judges. What/who would decide who gets to advance to the final round?
If we know about the tie early enough, we would probably bring in a guest judge. Otherwise, all of the participants who tied would be accepted into the next round.

Hi everyone. It's recently come to my attention that fewer than 25% of all participants have submitted their Knock-out Round tracks, and there are 3 days left to do so (71 hours, to be exact). I'd surmise that either a particularly large number of people are procrastinating this year, or otherwise some people don't even know they made it to the next round. So I'm tagging everyone who hasn't submitted a piece so far. Excuse the spamminess.

Thanks for the heads up but at the moment things have been super busy with life and while i do have a track in the works for the next round there is a high chance that i wont have time to finish it to my standards. So its likely i wont have a submission come deadline day. I have enjoyed taking part and best of luck to everyone else!

Gotta squeeze every second of time, that is left. I find myself nearly done. Just two more segments and all the fixing I can realize there is to fix.
