Hey! So This is a simple project that I did for school ( New Media Campus ). It's not very complex, and doesn't feature to much actual animation, but they talk, So thats kinda alright. Both characters were created by me and a friend while we were playing SOF2 ( soilders of fortune 2 ) and the humor is a little dry if you don't play Fps's. I don't really play them much myself, but good times are good times, right?
Well that was entertaining for sure, lots of good color use, which i liked, the thing I didnt like was the very large viewscreen it also seems like with the larger view screen it may lag up things, but the buttons were funny and interactive so not all that bad

You can definitely tell that this was a school project. Graphics are okay, but there should be much more animation. You should work on your timing and comedy skills.
My advice for lip sync'ing
You have the technical aspect down, so this is more of an artistry suggestion:
a facial expresion is a combination of the eyes and the mouth. the mouth animations would do well to differ between different moods. Like when Baka was frustrated with the question guy. The mouth's smiling with the angry eyes made him look more like he was sinister.
