What Is Evry One's Fucking Problem?
All though it is true how this has been done before it is still a good piece, a liile moe effort could of been made on the graphics department and there is a better version on funnyjunk..com but it is still an enjoyable flash. congrats and fuck u=)
Lets Solve This.
Ok, let me put this all together for you. The audio is not stolen from another flash. The audio is a peice by MontyPython. There have been in the past, flash videos that use this peice of audio for creating the same thing as this though. Therefor, there is no need to report this submission for being stolen, as it is not.
As for the author. I think you should have spent more time on this, and it could have actually been good. Right now, it is very bad. You hardly did anything, and were just relying on the audio being good enough to make people like it. I hope fou redo this, and actually put sowe effort inho it.
You should all know now that this audio is NOT stolen. he put in his credits that he did not make the audio, but he did not know who made it (which he, and you now do). I don't want to hear anything about the audio being stolen anymore.

Ive seen a similair flash, a lot better, 10 out of 10, thats a lot better. Its a stick animation. That was a slideshow with sound. Practice and try again.

But honestly I think the animation is very very lazy, this audio has a lot of potential but it looks like all you've done is searched for images on microsoft clip art online.
Also I checked out what other people have claimed to be the 'original' version. (ebaumsworld dot com / flash / fwordflash) and it is a bit better because the pictures are original ones with real expressions.
It doesnt really matter which one was here first but I think your version would be better with more original artwork/animation.
