Love the title!
I especially like the hits starting around 1:07 - they have a really sharp impact and great sound. I also like the ending - it's a great complement to the schizophrenic nature of the second half of the track. You always keep the tension building and the track is always going somewhere, setting up the next section.
Throw in a few gratuitous IV - I cadences and you've got instant Zimmer!
Great stuff,
PGegen
Thanks PGegen! Thanks for listening, its been a while since I heard something from you. Hope you havent done a runner!
FOR THE EMPEROR!!!
This track sounds like it is from a Warhammer 40K Game or something. "And the vile forces of Chaos swarmed the world. The brave Imperial Guardsmen fought bravely. One group of Guards, led by a one Sergeant Scholl, was doing scouting work for the Aponian 5th Infantry Regiment, and was surprised by a massive, hulking, Chaos Marine. It's foul smelling breath, animal-like howls, and markings of Chaos caused the squad to attempt to flee, but they were cut down by the Marine's boltgun..." Really that would be reasonable for that type of thing xD. Good track all in all.
Thanks EricKilla! Awesome you can visualise a scenario with this. Its the ultimate complement!
Very Good!
A great peice of compostition. [ie much better than mine :) ]
The beggining sounds like it could have come from Lord of the rings and at 1:40 it turns into pirates of the carribean. 2 of my favorite films.
Great suspence! Good luck with your Album.
Thanks Kiwi! :D
feels mysterious...
very creepy indeed, but the piano could be less plucky. maybe some more reverb would help with that.
You could add some more of the carousel sounding bells through out more of the song, especially when the piano has it's own part at 0:26. the piano part could be a little louder as well.
incredible job on this one. you gave it a mysterious, scary, but at the same time intense feeling. unlike a lot of scary sound tracks, it doesn't need an actually scary movie; the soundtrack would MAKE the movie scary, which is exactly what scary movies are about. Great job!! fav'd and downloaded :)
I love the carousel bells idea! I need to do another creepy one and add that in!
Thanks for the score and the download! =D
