It was alright...

PunchOut is one of my favorite games of all time... and this flash wasn't that bad. I thought the Final Fantasy 7 references (the music and battle like system) were out of place and have been done too many times before. Maybe you could of did the standard boxing view of PunchOut during the fight scene but had the graphics of a street or alley instead of the boxing ring. You had a good use of 16-Bit sprites and a good concept. You had a few grammar problems but the flash was still viewable. I don't have the exact grammar mistakes off hand but I'll send them to your E-Mail address if you need to know them.

Overall: Good Sprite Use, Good Concept, Grammar Mistakes, Out of Place Final Fantasy References (Oppinionated), lots of potential.

Final Score: 6/10

not bad, but not the greatest.

It was a good concept; however, I feel the use of 16-bit sprites made the movie hard for me to watch. I like the fact that you tried something new with this, as almost all new movies use flash animation or some sort of higher-resolution animation. The whole 16-bit idea made it hard for me to watch. I loved the music and the sfx you chose as tehy gave an old school feel. I look foreward to the next chapter, only maybe increase the sprite resolution a bit and it might help a little.

great movie

i thought that this was pretty dramatic cuz the musics fit in really well wit the movie. i also liked the idea of using those graphics and sprites. nice job, i can't wait to see the next chapter

That was awsome

From all the refrences to dunk hunt and other games, music from final fantasy. Everything was top notch. It was really well done. The load time was minumal. I had no complants here. Keep up the good work.
