Definitely needs a save feature
And also I couldn't help but notice that the opening cinematic song sounded like a mash of a couple Legend of Zelda songs O.o
nonetheless a great game, just wish there was a save feature

Needs a save feature....
An excellent game but the lack of a save feature really dissapointed me. I would get pretty far in and then end up dying and have to start all over again. Also the jumping over the pits could use a little work, the camera follows you too closely and you can't see the platforms on the ground that you're supposed to land on. Even with these unfortunate aspects the game is still quite enjoyable.

Compared to the first game, this is simply amazing, much more depth, a storyline, upgrade system, a hologram (Totally wasnt expecting that :D), it was just amazing! I will say though, those stupid little bugs on the floor were really annoying :P
After reading Omegaman's review, I never realized how many special abilities there were for ya to unlock for, and I really wished I would have known about that before hand cause then I would have focused on specific aspects rather than averaging everything out. And in all honesty, that is the only real problem I can find in the game, just that it has a vast amount of depth, but you arent sure exactly what it contains, much less have any direction to find anything in it :P
Nonetheless, this game is ASTOUNDING!! I seriously can not wait for the next sequel of this series :D And in all honesty, if you take all Omegaman's suggestions, I will seriously LOVE YOU FOREVER!!!

The last Red Code had like 750 reviews telling me what to do with the sequel.
The next Red Code won't get designed without listening to what you lot want, so yeah, Omegaman's review won't go to waste.

The game itself is fun. BUT there are two HUGE problems that just make the game not enjoyable at all.
1) no save feature. I mean, every game now has the ability to save. Literally every game. Why doesn't this one have one? It makes the game so frustrating when you have almost everything maxed out and then you get a cheap death and have to start allllll over again from the very beginning. That completely ruins it.
2) Upgrades. wtf is up with the guns getting WORSE if you upgrade them too much??? I tried maxing charge and I was like, fuck yeah now I'm never gonna overheat, but NOPE that didn't happen. It got worse and ran out in three shots. WTF??? And I tried also maxing power but that just made the charge last even less and I could only shoot like 5 times before I had to stop. So I tried to upgrade charge but it was like MAXED OUT and I was like wut. So yeah, I don't get it. Guns get worse the more you max them....
Those are the only two things that bug me about this game but unfortunately they're two things that make the game not fun at all.
