the band im in is getting better and better, but we have a problem. our drummer is short tempered and me and the guitarist (bryan) think she is holding us back. if she dosnt like how a song goes, she get frustrated and wants us to change it. if we say "can you play this" and she has to figure it out for a while, she starts yelling "dude i cant play this! this is gay!!" and when she messes up in song, or gets agrivated she starts throwing her sticks everywhere!
Id like to say "look, you cant do this and we cant have this..." and give her the boot, but there is a major problem......
she is one of my best friends in the entire world... she calls me everyday and we hang out all the time and make all kinds of jokes and have these great times.... really best friend material.
what should i do?

theres a good 1 frankly i dont care if its holding u bac or not if shes that big of a friend to u than dont boot her out, my friend has a frustraition prblm too...so try to find ways to work around it, so she isnt getting as frustrated...nd if she rele gets frustrated over something, just give her a few mins to blow off some steem, it wont kill ya,but also try to get her more involved...like if she just cnt do something after trying over nd over a couple times, listen to her, u said she would make a few changes, well than discuss it, if there is a diff way she can do it that is easier for her tlk about it with the group to see wut beat can work with the song, even if u have to rearange a good amount of it, but dont ditch her....that help?
